Herter & Co. coordinated a competitive process and structured an overall financing package of more than \u20ac100m which was ultimately underwritten by Partners Group, the international Swiss private debt fund manager. The financing package includes an unitranche facility as well as committed add-on acquisition facilities to support the group\u2019s organic and inorganic growth going forward.<\/p>\n
