The new syndicated loan amounts to \u20ac250m and could be arranged at attractive conditions.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The significantly increased financing volume provides us in these volatile times with the required financing security for the upcoming years while allowing for sufficient operational flexibility. We are thankful to our banking partners and are proud to attract new banks to TRIMET. Herter &amp; Co. supported us throughout all phases of our financing process, including the preparation of key documents, new bank selection as well as final documentation.&#8221;<\/em>, said Philipp Schl\u00fcter, CEO of TRIMET Aluminium SE.<\/p>\n<p>The renewed and amended syndicated loan facility is provided by a club of ten banks.\u00a0For the first time, an ESG-linked syndicated loan was structured reflecting TRIMET\u2019s ongoing commitment to sustainability. Margins are linked to the achievement of specified sustainability goals.<\/p>\n<p>With about. 2,300 employees and an annual production capacity of 765kt, the TRIMET Group is the largest producer of aluminium in Germany.
