Lars will, together with Paul H.F. Kim, further expand Herter &amp; Co.\u2019s successful Leveraged Finance business.<\/p>\n<p>Lars joined Herter &amp; Co. in 2013, before that he had worked in M&amp;A Advisory at Commerzbank. In his career at Herter &amp; Co. Lars completed more than 25 transactions with a strong focus on Debt Advisory for Private Equity Clients \/ Leveraged Finance.<\/p>\n<p>Recent transactions led by Lars include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Debt Advisor to Adagia Partners on the acquisition of Schwind eye-tech-solutions (2021)<\/li>\n<li>Debt Advisor to Capiton on the acquisition of Axxence Group (2021)<\/li>\n<li>Debt Advisor to NORD Holding on the acquisition of Ai Fitness Group (2020)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About Herter &amp; Co.<\/p>\n<p>Herter &amp; Co is an independent advisory boutique specialized in debt transactions.
