With over 20 years of structuring experience in the German market, Bj\u00f6rn joins from IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, where he was heading the Corporate Structured Finance team for the last 7 years, leading numerous advisory mandates as well as syndicated loan transactions. Previously Bj\u00f6rn worked for Dresdner Kleinwort, WestLB und Mediobanca in Frankfurt and London.<\/p>\n<p>Bj\u00f6rn Hofmann: \u201eHerter &amp; Co. is a well-known, reputable and very successful independent debt advisory firm. I have been strongly impressed by the successful track-record in corporate debt advisory, private equity debt advisory and restructuring.
