Herter &amp; Co. provided us with professional support throughout the whole process, including the determination of an appropriate financing structure, negotiations and communication with financing parties, finalization of documentation as well as closing support. The new structure, which was set up with the German house banks, taking into account local foreign financing partners and requirements, offers us as an internationally operating corporate group financial security for the upcoming years. In addition, it also ensures comfortable liquidity for realizing our national and international growth plans. \u201c, said Ulrich Lammers, CFO at FRIWO.<\/p>\n<p>The new financing is provided by a group of banks led by Commerzbank.<\/p>\n<p>FRIWO is a manufacturer of high-quality power supply solutions, charging technology and digital control devices.<\/p>\n<p>Herter &amp;
