The new syndicated loan amounts to c. \u20ac308m and comprises a revolving credit facility as well as a guarantee facility.<br \/>\n&#8220;The transaction was characterized by exceptional complexity due to the involvement of foreign subsidiaries and the roll-in of bilateral financing into the first-time syndicated loan.
