Herter & Co. has advised Loewe Technologies GmbH<\/a> on the closing of a new 5-year loan provided by a European lender.<\/p>\n

The new financing offers the necessary financial scope and financing security to further support the already successful growth strategy (with a new Loewe product line-up recently launched on the market) of Loewe Technologies GmbH. Furthermore, it will give the company the opportunity to consolidate and build on its leading position as\u00a0 manufacturer of premium TVs and Home Entertainment System solutions\u00a0 ”Made in Germany”.<\/p>\n

“Herter & Co. supported us through the whole process, from the preparatory work, the selection and approach of potential financing partners to the structuring of the loan and\u00a0 the ultimate negotiations around the final agreement” \u00a0said Mark H\u00fcsges, Loewe Group’s CEO.<\/p>\n

The parent company, Loewe Technologies GmbH, headquartered in Kronach, along with its international subsidiaries, is a European leader in the manufacturing of premium TVs and Home Entertainment System solutions. Founded in early\u00a0 2014, the company inherited the 90-year strong Loewe brand and has since enjoyed strong market success with its premium products and systems of cutting edge technology and design.<\/p>\n
