Herter & Co. advises TRILUX GmbH & Co. KG<\/a> and its subsidiaries on the early refinancing of its debt facilities via a new syndicated loan with a maturity of five years.<\/p>\n

The new facility has been used to refinance TRILUX’s prior syndicated loan, its outstanding borrower’s note loans (“Schuldscheindarlehen) as well as bilateral facilities. Thanks to this consolidation, the financing structure has been significantly streamlined and simplified. The new financing consortium includes existing as well as new partner banks.<\/p>\n
