After a few years the financial restructuring of Pampus Industrie-Beteiligungen and its subsidiaries, including one of the leading European Wire-Manufacturers, Westf\u00e4lische Drahtindustrie GmbH (Hamm, Westfalen) was successfully closed.<\/p>\n

The very complex financing structure with a total debt volume of app. EUR 350,000,000 was newly structured with a number of debt haircuts, credit extensions, sale processes and trusteeship agreements.<\/p>\n

Herter & Co. advised Penta Investments, the largest lender to the group, who materially contributed to the successful finalization of the restructuring. \u00a0 The advisory role included the advice on the purchase of various debt positions, the structuring of the process, the development and evaluation of potential options, negotiations with the PIB Group, its shareholders and banks and their advisors as well as the execution of the transaction.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
