The total transaction volume amounted to \u20ac135m with maturities of 3-5 years. Amongst others, the transaction secured the refinancing of maturing promissory loan notes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The new structure lays a solid financial foundation for the continued success of TRIMET over the next years. We were able to take advantage of an attractive financing environment and thus achieved attractive conditions while at the same time standardizing our credit documentation.
