Mr. Koolmann has more than 25 years experience in structured finance, high yield capital markets, leverage finance and restructuring as well as distressed principal investments.<\/p>\n

Previously, he worked at Augusta & Co. in Debt Advisory and Restructuring, at Bear Stearns\/J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank in charge of German distressed principal investments, at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as Co-Head of European Leverage Finance, at Bankers Trust as Head of High-Yield Capital Markets and at JP Morgan\/Morgan Guaranty Trust of New York.<\/p>\n

Herter & Co. is an independent financial advisory firm founded by Marcel Herter, former Head of Restructuring at Lazard & Co. and Head of Leveraged Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort. The firm focuses on sponsor and corporate debt advisory as well as restructuring. In 2012, Herter & Co. amongst others successfully advised TOM TAILOR on its EUR 225m senior refinancing and on the EUR 475m financing package for its acquisition of Bonita, as well as Str\u00f6er out-of-home Media on its EUR 500m refinancing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
