Previously, Kim worked as Assistant Director at merchant bank Augusta &amp; Co. and as Vice President in Leveraged Finance for Dresdner Kleinwort in Frankfurt and London.<\/p>\n<p>Herter &amp; Co. is an independent financial advisory firm founded by Marcel Herter, former Head of Restructuring at Lazard &amp; Co. and Head of Leveraged Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort. The firm focuses on sponsor and corporate debt advisory as well as restructuring.
