Herter & Co. advises Lindsay Goldberg portfolio company PACCOR Group on factoring transaction

Herter & Co. has advised PACCOR Packaging GmbH (“PACCOR”) on the introduction of a new pan-European factoring program. PACCOR is a portfolio company of Lindsay Goldberg LLC (“Lindsay Goldberg”).

The new facility replaces several factoring facilities under a unified contract. In addition to substantial cost savings this results in significantly simpler and more standardized processes.

Herter & Co. acted as Sole Debt Advisor to PACCOR Group.
